The peak was the meditation.
IN TRUTH built a continuous measure of collective peace from wearable heart data and journaled emotion. Across the 36 hours around the activation, the Biometric Peace Index reached its highest point of the entire day inside the 30-minute synchronised meditation — and stayed near it for two hours afterwards.
